A Home Dad in 1998 when the twins were only 3 years old is when Steve Moran began professional carpet cleaning pet stains after taking an IICRC Carpet Cleaning Course. Wanting to still take care of the kids after school and get them there in the morning, carpet cleaning while they were at school and then doing commercial cleaning at night as the kids were most important. More classes for Upholstery cleaning, area rug cleaning, odor removal and water damage classes followed.
In 2002 Steve opened Flood Masters of Colorado to service water damage in Denver Metro with a friend and a few years later merged Flood Masters with A Cleaner Carpet. Water damage classes for residential and commercial buildings along mold mitigation classes were added. In 2008 Steve began teaching CE-Continuing Education classes for Insurance adjusters and agents on “The World’s Fastest Drying System TES” a heated drying system that speeds up the process of drying homes and businesses. In 2014 Steve added classes on Water Damage Mold and began offering the classes to Realtors in the Denver Metro Area.
